Assisting both Jobseekers and Recruiters, PEIJobLink.ca provides employment opportunities and recruitment assistance to individuals in the Aerospace, Bioscience, Information Technology, Trades and Manufacturing industries on PEI.
Q: As a jobseeker, how will this system help me?
A: Employment opportunities, post-secondary educational information, a resume database and value-added features such as live-chat all make PEIJobLink.ca the source for connecting jobseekers with potential employers.
Q: What industries are covered by PEIJobLink.ca?
A: PEIJobLink.ca currently covers the Aerospace, Agriculture, Bioscience, Fisheries, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Trades and Transportation industries on Prince Edward Island. Recruitment access is limited to only companies currently located on PEI, or relocating to PEI within the immediate future.

A: Sector Councils are not-for-profit organizations committed to providing leadership in Human Resources Development and Strategy in their respective industries

A: We first suggest you contact the respective Sector Council responsible for that industry. Contact information for each of the Sector Councils can be found on their respective sub-portal (sub-portal menu on left)

A: Employers will have the complete ability to post job opportunities to the general public. In addition, any employer can search the database of individuals seeking employment. The database is limited to only companies located on PEI. If desired, employers can submit their company news, project updates, or any information desired to be used for thier industry newsletter.

Q: I’d like recruitment access for job postings and database searches, how can I get that?
A: For recruitment access, simply fill out the registration form under 'I'd Like to Register'. Once we've verified your information, you'll be granted full access to the system. Please note the Recruiter access is limited to only companies located (or soon relocating) to Prince Edward Island.
Q: I’m an off-Island company interested in using this system.
A: Off-Island companies are free to browse our public content. Unfortunately, we restrict recruiter access to only PEI companies. If you are interested in obtaining relocation information, please use the following email link to express your interest. Your information will be passed along to the appropriate individuals at PEI Business Development.
Q: I’d like to supply some news/information for my industry news letter, how?
A: Information to be used in the newsletters can be sent directly to your respective Sector Council. Contact information for each Sector Council can be found on each industry sub-portal (see menu on left of interface)
Q:How can I post a job opportunity?
A: Only companies that have been approved with recruiter access can post job opportunities (Register). Once approved, employment opportunities can be posted by clicking the 'Post a Job Opportunity' link on the navigation menu.

Q: How can I obtain statistics relevant to my industry?
A: We first suggest you contact your Sector Council responsible for your industry to obtain statistics. Sector Council contact information can be found on each of the industry sub-portals (navigation menu on left-hand side)
Q: Why am I having trouble registering as a recruiter on PEIJobLink.ca?
A: Company firewalls may prevent access to the system. Individuals having trouble logging in or registering may want to inquire with their IT technicians for firewall clearance to PEIJobLink.ca
